Orders received will be processed and delivered between 15 to 45 days
Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped within Malaysia. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
All orders delivery by T&N Furniture Sdn Bhd in-house logistic Team’s .
Shipping Cost
Order totals more than RM2000, you’ll receive free shipping within Klang Valley Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

We are charging RM 450 to RM 650 per order for delivery and installation within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia will base of forwarding shipping charges not include installation.
2. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
3. Return Policy
For defective products must be return upon delivery and kindly contact our customer services +6011-10842874 or Email your intent for a product return to tnmalaysia@gmail.com . Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, then we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.
To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging.
